Camden and Regent’s Park

We met up with two friends, Christa and Jon that moved to London from Edmonton around the same time as us. They first went on a dreamy honeymoon to South Africa and then came to London. They have started a blog as well and have some amazing photography of their adventures!

We first scoped out Camden Market. The streets are lined with weird and wacky stores with elaborate shop fronts. The market is an eclectic mix of stalls showcasing antiques, punk culture and food. I think the dreary morning weather affected our experience there because we didn’t really care for it.

But lucky for us, the sun eventually came out! We stopped for lunch at a neighborhood pub and then went for a wonderful walk through Regent’s Park. I can’t wait to visit Queen Mary’s Garden when the Rose Garden is in bloom!
